Terms of use – Acoustic Boxc

1. Scope of Work

1.1. Services Provided: Stylish Pools and Spas will supply and install an acoustic box designed specifically for housing pool equipment (hereinafter referred to as “the Box”) at the location specified by the customer. Consequently, this ensures that all equipment is housed appropriately.

1.2. Specifications: The Box will be manufactured and installed according to the agreed-upon specifications. Should there be any changes to these specifications, both parties must mutually agree and document these changes in writing.

2. Installation

2.1. Installation Date: Stylish Pools and Spas will install the Box on the agreed date and time, although this is subject to unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control. We will communicate any such issues promptly.

2.2. Access Requirements: The customer is responsible for providing safe and unhindered access to the installation site. If access is restricted or if additional work is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extra groundwork, additional charges may apply. These additional charges will be subject to mutual agreement.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Quotation: The customer agrees to pay Stylish Pools and Spas the agreed-upon amount specified in the quotation. This amount covers the cost of materials, labor, and installation.

3.2. Payment Schedule: Payment will be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the quotation. Full payment is due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
